(yew-THAY-mee-ah care-row-lin-ee-A-na)
Slender Goldentop, Slender Fragrant Goldenrod

A finely textured member of a small genus recently separated out from the ‘true’ goldenrods. Threadlike, delicately fragrant foliage topped with soft yellow blooms adds a wonderful airiness to the fall garden and is especially showy en masse. Our seed was collected from a local roadside population, where it mingles to great effect with an array of goldenrods, grasses and asters. This very adaptable, tough-as-nails plant prefers well-drained average-to-lean soils in full sun. Can spread by rhizomes to create a large swath. (AKA Solidago tenuifolia)
